Who is responsible

What the site collects and why

• Browsing. The site is static. It only stores, in your own browser, your theme preference (light or dark) and, where applicable, your cookie choice. This information is not sent to me.
• Contact through WhatsApp. The site has no server that stores forms. When you use a button or the form, WhatsApp opens with the message you write yourself. Sending happens inside WhatsApp, under its own terms, and the conversation reaches me.
• Contact by email. If you write to me, I receive your email address and the content of your message.
• Server logs. Like any website, the server records the IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser used, for security and troubleshooting. These logs are deleted automatically after about 14 days.

Legal bases

• Legitimate interest, for server security logs.
• Your own request, to answer enquiries and proposals.

Who the data may be shared with

• WhatsApp/Meta, when you choose to talk there.
• The hosting provider of the server where the site runs.
• Some of these services may process data outside Brazil.

Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD (art. 18) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdraw your consent. Write to jfb0101@gmail.com.
