How much does custom software cost and how long does it take?
It depends on the scope, so I start with a free conversation and assessment. In the proposal you see the investment and the timeline before deciding, as a fixed-scope project, monthly hours or a smaller first stage to validate the idea.
Do you only do the technical part or also help define the scope?
Both. Many people arrive with a problem, not a specification. I help turn that into a scope, prioritise what goes first and separate the essential from what can wait.
My system already exists and was built by someone else. Would you take it over?
Yes, it is a common scenario. I start with a technical audit of what exists (code, database, infrastructure and cost) and present the path: keep and evolve, refactor in parts or rebuild, with reasoning.
Which technologies do you use?
I choose based on the problem, not on trends. I work with Python, Node.js and React, databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, and deployment on AWS, among others. The full list is on the home page.
