Many agents, a single number
The regular WhatsApp Business app limits who can reply. With the API, your whole team serves the same number, with queues, departments and a shared history.
WhatsApp Business API · Shared inbox · AI
I set up and maintain the official WhatsApp API (WhatsApp Business Platform) for your company: from the account and phone number to the infrastructure, a shared inbox for your team and AI agents that answer and qualify customers, connected to your systems.
When it makes sense
The regular app only goes so far. The official API is what lets you grow without losing control.
The regular WhatsApp Business app limits who can reply. With the API, your whole team serves the same number, with queues, departments and a shared history.
Messages sitting unanswered at night and on weekends. An AI agent replies right away, answers questions and hands over to a person only what needs one.
Order confirmations, appointment reminders, payment notices: automatic messages using Meta-approved templates, tied to your system.
The customer talks on WhatsApp and the data gets lost. I connect the conversation to your CRM, ERP or internal system through APIs and webhooks.
Unofficial tools and careless bulk messaging put your number at risk. I use the official API and set up quality, opt-in and limits the right way.
Unstable provider, a webhook that drops messages, support going down. I take it over, diagnose it and make it stable, with monitoring.
What I deliver
Every stage has a clear deliverable, so you can decide whether to continue.
Meta business portfolio, business verification, phone number registration, business profile and approved message templates.
Webhooks, queues, database, media storage and servers sized for your volume, with logs, backups and TLS.
A support platform with several people on the same number: queues, departments, conversation routing, transfers, labels and reports. I configure an existing one or build it custom.
LLM agents that answer using your company's data (RAG), look up orders and records, qualify the contact and hand over to a person when needed.
CRM, ERP, scheduling, payments, spreadsheets and automations (n8n, custom APIs): WhatsApp stops being an isolated channel.
I keep the service running: failure alerts, number quality, Meta API updates, costs, and the evolution of flows and agents.
How it works
You see the result of each stage before deciding on the next.
30 to 60 minutes, free of charge, to understand your message volume, team, systems and what has already been tried.
You receive the architecture, scope, Meta and infrastructure costs and the investment, in plain language.
Account, number, infrastructure, team inbox and integrations, tested before we go live.
Agents go live with defined rules and limits, real conversations are reviewed and the service is maintained continuously.
Experience
Real systems, with real users, running every day.
AI agents · WhatsApp API
An authenticated MCP server on top of the product database, with safe tools scoped to each user, and agents that monitor quotas, send notices and run routines, with WhatsApp integration and n8n automations.
Infrastructure · Queues
Systems with background workers, queues, databases and AWS cloud carrying large data volumes, the same kind of foundation that WhatsApp support at scale requires.
Frequently asked questions
The app is built for one person or a very small team using a phone. The API (WhatsApp Business Platform) is Meta's official interface for companies: it allows several agents on the same number, integration with your systems, automated messages using approved templates and AI agents. It doesn't come with a ready-made support screen, which is why setting up the inbox is part of the project.
There are two costs: Meta's, charged per message sent according to its category (marketing, utility, authentication or service) and the rules in force, and the cost of my consulting and of the infrastructure. Meta's pricing rules change over time, so I check the current table and estimate your monthly cost in the proposal, before any work starts.
In most cases yes, but it depends on how the number is used today. There are different paths depending on whether it is on the regular app, WhatsApp Business or another provider. I assess your case during the diagnosis and explain what happens to current conversations before any migration.
I work with Meta's official API. Unofficial solutions, which connect WhatsApp Web through a QR code, violate the terms of service and can get the number banned, which is an unnecessary risk for a company.
Your whole team answers through the same WhatsApp number on a web platform: conversations enter queues or departments, are distributed among agents, can be transferred and labelled, and keep a full history. Managers can follow reports, and the AI agent can handle conversations ahead of the team.
It answers on its own within what you authorize: frequent questions, order lookups, qualification, scheduling. It uses your company's data and follows rules and limits we define together; when it doesn't know, or the topic is sensitive, it hands the conversation to a person. Conversations are logged for review and continuous tuning.
Yes. I can keep the service running on an ongoing basis: monitoring, fixing failures, updates when Meta changes the API, tuning templates and agents, cost control and new integrations. The format is agreed in the proposal, as monthly hours or a fixed scope.
The infrastructure is designed with restricted access, encryption in transit, backups and control over who sees what. For privacy law compliance (LGPD in Brazil), I handle opt-in consent for outbound messages and how data is stored and sent to AI models, assessing case by case what can and cannot leave your environment.
Tell me in a few lines how your customer support works today. I answer personally and, if the official API isn't the best answer for your case, I'll say so.
